2 材料与方法Materials and Methods
2.1 试剂Chemicals
所有的溶剂与试剂均为色谱级，丁二酸，丙二酸，戊二酸标准品购于xxx
All chemicals and solvent were HPLC. Standard: succinic acid, malonic acid, glutaric acid and were purchased from xxx.

2.2 样品处理Sample Preparation
1) 将样品摇匀，量取1.0 mL样品；
2) 1.0 mL样品加入xxx稀释至10 mL，用0.45 µm滤膜过滤；
3) 取200 µL稀释后的尿样，加入100 µL 20% xxx溶液、100 µL 1M xxx溶液和200 µL 5mM xxx溶液，混匀；
4) 密封后置于40℃恒温水浴箱中，60 min后取出置于冰水中冷却；
5) 摇匀并用0.45 µm滤膜过滤，进样2.0 µL。

2.3 HPLC分析HPLC Analysis
本实验所用的仪器为Waters高效液相色谱仪，配备荧光检测器。
色谱柱为Waters xxx C18 (250 mm*4.6 mm, 5 μm)，流动相为70% xxx溶液，流速为1.0 mL/min，柱温为25℃。
