2 材料与方法Materials and Methods
2.1 试剂Chemicals
所有的溶剂与试剂均为色谱级，磺胺嘧啶，磺胺甲恶唑，磺胺二甲基嘧啶，氧氟沙星，诺氟沙星，环丙沙星，氯霉素，甲氧苄氨嘧啶标准品购于xxx
All chemicals and solvent were HPLC. Standard: sulfadiazine, sulfamethoxazole, sulfamethazine, ofloxacin, norfloxacin, ciprofloxacin, chloramphenicol, trimethoprim and were purchased from xxx.

2.2 样品处理Sample Preparation
1) 将样品摇匀，吸取500 mL左右的样品，用稀盐酸调pH至4.2；
2) 通过HLB固相萃取柱萃取，流速控制在 xxx mL/min以下；
3) 样品过柱后，对萃取柱继续抽真空干燥10 min；
4) 用6 mL含5%甲醇的二次水淋洗萃取柱，再用5 mL甲醇洗脱；
5) 将样品用氮气浓缩至0. 1mL以下，加内标；
6) 用水（含0.1% xxx）定容至0.5 mL，并用0.45 µm滤膜过滤，进样5 µL。

2.3 HPLC分析HPLC Analysis
本实验所用的仪器为Agilent 1100型高效液相色谱仪，配备二极管阵列检测器。
色谱柱为xxx C18 (150 mm*3.0 mm, 3.5 μm)，流动相A为水（含0.1% xxx），B为xxx，流速为0.25 mL/min，柱温为25℃。
