2 材料与方法Materials and Methods
2.1 试剂Chemicals
所有的溶剂与试剂均为色谱级,麦芽酚,乙基麦芽酚,香兰素,甲基香兰素,乙基香兰素标准品购于xxx
All chemicals and solvent were HPLC. Standard: maltol, ethyl maltol, vanillin, methyl vanillin, ethyl vanillin and were purchased from xxx.
2.2 样品处理Sample Preparation
1) 样品摇匀,称取5.0g左右的样品;
2) 5.0g样品中加入1 mL 100 g/L xxx溶液和0.5 mL 40 g/L xxx溶液,摇匀,静置10 min;
3) 加水稀释并定容至10 mL,混匀,5000 r/min离心,取上清液用0.45 µm滤膜过滤,进样10 µL。
2.3 HPLC分析HPLC Analysis
本实验所用的仪器为Waters高效液相色谱仪,配备紫外检测器。
色谱柱为Thermo xxx C18 (250 mm*4.6 mm, 5 μm),流动相A为0.1% xxx溶液,B为甲醇,流速为1.0 mL/min,柱温为30℃。
