2 材料与方法Materials and Methods
2.1 试剂Chemicals
所有的溶剂与试剂均为色谱级，草酸，酒石酸，苹果酸，柠檬酸，琥珀酸，乙酸标准品购于xxx
All chemicals and solvent were HPLC. Standard: oxalic acid, tartaric acid, malic acid, citric acid, succinic acid, acetic acid and were purchased from xxx.

2.2 样品处理Sample Preparation
1) 将样品摇匀，称取5.0g样品；
2) 5.0g样品中加入25 mL xxx，研磨成匀浆，80℃水浴超声提取1h；
3) 冷却，10000 r/min离心15 min，收集上清液，残渣加入15 mL xxx重复提取1次；
4) 合并上清液，用xxx定容至50 mL，并经0.45 µm滤膜过滤，进样10 µL。

2.3 HPLC分析HPLC Analysis
本实验所用的仪器为Waters高效液相色谱仪，配备二极管阵列检测器。
色谱柱为xxx C18 (250 mm*4.6 mm, 5 μm)，流动相为0.01 mol/L xxx溶液，流速为0.5 mL/min，柱温为50℃。
