2 材料与方法Materials and Methods
2.1 试剂Chemicals
所有的溶剂与试剂均为色谱级，玉米素，吲哚乙酸，脱落酸，吲哚丁酸，α-萘乙酸，调吡脲，烯效唑标准品购于xxx
All chemicals and solvent were HPLC. Standard: zeatin, indole-3-acetic acid, abscisic acid, 3-indolebutyric acid, 1-naphthalene acetic acid, forchlorfenuron, uniconazole and were purchased from xxx.

2.2 样品处理Sample Preparation
1) 将样品摇匀，称取5.0g左右的样品；
2) 5.0g样品加入10 mL 80% xxx，超声提取15 min；
3) 抽滤，用5 mL 80% xxx洗涤残渣2次，抽滤；
4) 合并滤液，40℃旋转蒸发仪浓缩；
5) 将浓缩后的水相pH调至7.0，用xxx萃取3次，每次5 mL；
6) 挥干乙酸乙酯，用5%甲醇定容，过SPE-PAK C18固相萃取小柱，4 mL 40%甲醇洗脱；
7) 收集上清液和洗脱液，并用0.45 µm滤膜过滤，进样20 µL。

2.3 HPLC分析HPLC Analysis
本实验所用的仪器为Agilent 1100型高效液相色谱仪，配备紫外检测器。
色谱柱为C18 (250 mm*4.6 mm, 5 μm)，流动相A为0.2% xxx，流动相B为xxx，流速为1.0 mL/min，柱温为35℃。
