2 材料与方法Materials and Methods
2.1 试剂Chemicals
所有的溶剂与试剂均为色谱级，雌二醇，雌三醇，雌酮，睾酮，甲基睾酮，孕酮，己烯雌酚标准品购于xxx。
All chemicals and solvent were HPLC. Standard: estradiol, estriol, estrone, testosterone, methyl-testosterone, progesterone, diethylstilbestrol and were purchased from xxx.

2.2 样品处理Sample Preparation
1) 将样品摇匀，称取1.0g左右的样品；
2) 1.0g样品中分3次加入15 mL氢氧化钠溶液，混匀；
3) 加入100 mL xxx溶液，用1 mol/L盐酸溶液调pH至3.0；
4) 用30 mL xxx-xxx（40:1, V/V）混合液萃取3次，每次振荡2 min；
5) 合并萃取液，加入无水硫酸钠脱水，50℃水浴蒸干；
6) xxx用无水乙醇溶解并定容至10 mL，摇匀，并经0.45µm滤膜过滤，进样10 µL。

2.3 HPLC分析HPLC Analysis
本实验所用的仪器为Waters 2695型高效液相色谱仪，配备二极管阵列检测器。
色谱柱为XTerraTM RP18 (150 mm*4.6 mm, 5 μm)，流动相为水-xxx-乙腈（50:32:18, V/V/V），流速为1.0 mL/min。
