A total of xx the leaves of salisburia adiantifolia samples, where received by the customer.
2 材料与方法Materials and Methods
2.1 试剂Chemicals
所有的溶剂与试剂均为色谱级,槲皮素,山奈素,异鼠李素标准品购于xxx。
All chemicals and solvent were HPLC. Standard: Quercetin, kaempferide, isorhamnetin and were purchased from xxx.
2.2 样品处理Sample Preparation
1) 将样品摇匀,称取0.5g左右的样品;
2) 0.5g样品中加入30 mL 甲醇和5 mL 25% xxx溶液,摇匀溶解,加热回流提取1h;
3) 放冷,转移至50 mL容量瓶中,加甲醇定容至刻度,超声摇匀;
4) 提取液用0.45 µm滤膜过滤,进样20 µL。。
2.3 HPLC分析HPLC Analysis
本实验所用的仪器为Waters高效液相色谱仪,配备紫外检测器。
色谱柱为xxx C18 (250 mm*4.6 mm, 5 μm),流动相为xxx-0.4% xxx(60 : 40, V/V),流速为1.0 mL/min,柱温为40℃。
