2 材料与方法Materials and Methods
2.1 试剂Chemicals
所有的溶剂与试剂均为色谱级，桑色素，槲皮素，山奈酚，异鼠李素标准品购于xxx
All chemicals and solvent were HPLC. Standard: morin hydtate, quercetin, kaempferol, isorhamnetin and were purchased from xxx.

2.2 样品处理Sample Preparation
1) 将样品摇匀，称取30.0g左右的样品；
2) 30.0g样品加入100 mL xxx，50℃振荡浸提2 h，补足乙醇，摇匀，10000 r/min离心40s；
3) 吸取5 mL浸提液，加入1 mL xxx（含0.2g xxx/mL），通氮气，封口；
4) 80℃水解2h，加入无水乙醇定容至10 mL，置于-20℃冰箱中冷冻1h；
5) 超声振荡5 min，10000 r/min离心40s，上清液用0.45 µm滤膜过滤，进样10 µL。

2.3 HPLC分析HPLC Analysis
本实验所用的仪器为Waters高效液相色谱仪，配备荧光检测器。
色谱柱为xxx C18 (150 mm*4.6 mm, 3 μm)，流动相A为0.1 mol/L xxx，B为甲醇，流速为0.3 mL/min，柱温为40℃。
