2 材料与方法Materials and Methods
2.1 试剂Chemicals
所有的溶剂与试剂均为色谱级，黄芩苷，汉黄芩苷，黄芩素，汉黄芩素，千层纸素A标准品购于xxx
All chemicals and solvent were HPLC. Standard: baicalin, wogonoside, baicalein, wogonin, oroxylin A and were purchased from xxx.

2.2 样品处理Sample Preparation
1) 将样品摇匀，称取0.05g左右的样品；
2) 0.05样品加入50 mL 70% xxx，称定重量，超声提取（功率100W，频率40 kHz）1 h；
3) 放冷，称重，用70% xxx补足减失的重量，摇匀，过滤；
4) 滤液用0.22 µm滤膜过滤，进样10 µL。

2.3 HPLC分析HPLC Analysis
本实验所用的仪器为Waters高效液相色谱仪，配备二极管阵列检测器。
色谱柱为xxx C18 (250 mm*4.6 mm, 5 μm)，流动相A为乙腈-水-xxx （21 : 78 : 1, V/V/V），流动相B为乙腈-水-xxx（80 : 20 : 1, V/V/V），流速为1.0 mL/min，柱温为30℃。
