2 材料与方法Materials and Methods
2.1 试剂Chemicals
所有的溶剂与试剂均为色谱级，尿苷，肌苷，鸟苷，腺苷，虫草素，N6-(2-羟乙基)-腺苷标准品购于xxx
All chemicals and solvent were HPLC. Standard:uridine, inosine, guanosine, adenosine, cordycepin, N6-(2-hydroxyethyl)-adenosine and were purchased from xxx.

2.2 样品处理Sample Preparation
1) 将样品摇匀，称取0.5g左右的样品；
2) 0.5g样品于60 mL平行提取管中，加入25 mL xxx，称量；
3) 涡旋混匀后，置于平行反应器中100℃，150 r/min提取30 min；
4) 补足失重，提取液13000 r/min离心5 min；
5) 上清液用0.45 µm滤膜过滤，进样5 µL。

2.3 HPLC分析HPLC Analysis
本实验所用的仪器为Agilent 高效液相色谱仪，配备二极管阵列检测器。
色谱柱为xxx C18 (150 mm*4.6 mm, 3 μm)，流动相为A为水，B为xxx，流速为xxx mL/min，柱温为25℃。
