2 材料与方法Materials and Methods
2.1 试剂Chemicals
所有的溶剂与试剂均为色谱级，尿嘧啶，次黄嘌呤，黄嘌呤，尿苷标准品购于xxx
All chemicals and solvent were HPLC. Standard: uridine, hypoxanthine, xanthine, uridine and were purchased from xxx.

2.2 样品处理Sample Preparation
1) 将样品摇匀，称取0.5g左右的样品；
2) 0.5g样品加入5mL xxx，超声提取30min，3000r/min离心20min；
3) 残留物重复上述步骤处理4次；
4) 合并上清液，加水定容至25mL，用0.45µm滤膜过滤，进样20µL。

2.3 HPLC分析HPLC Analysis
本实验所用的仪器为xxx高效液相色谱仪，配备二极管阵列检测器。
色谱柱为xxx C18 (150 mm*4.6 mm, 3 μm)，流动相为0.05 mol/L xxx，流速为0.8 mL/min。
