2 材料与方法Materials and Methods
2.1 试剂Chemicals
所有的溶剂与试剂均为色谱级，微囊藻毒素YR，微囊藻毒素LR，微囊藻毒素RR标准品购于xxx
All chemicals and solvent were HPLC. Standard: microcystin YR, microcystin LR, microcystin RR and were purchased from xxx.

2.2 样品处理Sample Preparation
1) 将样品摇匀， 经过全自动固相萃取仪的富集程序；
2) 40℃氮气吹干，洗脱液定容至1 mL，并用0.22 µm滤膜过滤，进样10 µL。

2.3 HPLC分析HPLC Analysis
本实验所用的仪器为Agilent高效液相色谱仪，配备二极管阵列检测器。
色谱柱为xxx C18 (250 mm*4.6 mm, 5 μm)，流动相为xxx缓冲液-甲醇（43 : 57, V/V），流速为0.9 mL/min，柱温为xx℃。
