2 材料与方法Materials and Methods
2.1 试剂Chemicals
所有的溶剂与试剂均为色谱级，雪腐镰刀菌烯醇，脱氧雪腐镰刀菌烯醇标准品购于xxx
All chemicals and solvent were HPLC. Standard: nivalenol, deoxynivalenol and were purchased from xxx.

2.2 样品处理Sample Preparation
1) 将样品摇匀，称取25.0g左右的样品；
2) 25.0g样品加入100 mL xxx-水（85 : 15, V/V）溶液，高速均质2 min，静置过滤；
3) 过滤，收集滤液；
4) 取10 mL滤液通过xxx柱，流速为1 mL/min，弃去前3 mL流出液；
5) 收集5 mL流出液，45℃蒸发至干；
6) 残渣中加入1 mL水-xxx-甲醇（90 : 5 : 5, V/V/V）溶液溶解，6000 r/min离心5 min；
7) 上清液用0.45 µm滤膜过滤，进样20 µL。

2.3 HPLC分析HPLC Analysis
本实验所用的仪器为Agilent高效液相色谱仪，配备紫外检测器。
色谱柱为Symmetry C18 (250 mm*4.6 mm, 5 μm)，流动相为水- xxx-甲醇（90 : 5: 5, V/V/V）溶液，流速为xxx mL/min，柱温为40℃。
