2 材料与方法Materials and Methods
2.1 试剂Chemicals
所有的溶剂与试剂均为色谱级，左旋多巴，去甲肾上腺素，肾上腺素，多巴胺，二羟基苯乙酸，5-羟色胺，5-羟基吲哚乙酸，高香草酸标准品购于xxx
All chemicals and solvent were HPLC. Standard: L-dihydroxyphenylalanine, norepinephrine, epinephrine, dopamine, 3, 4-dihydroxyphenylacetic acid, 5-hydroxytryamine, 5-hydroxy-3-indoleacetic acid, homovanillic acid and were purchased from xxx.

2.2 样品处理Sample Preparation
1) 将样品摇匀，称取2.0g左右的样品；
2) 2.0g样品加入组织裂解液（0.01% xxx、0.2 mmol/L HClO4、0.5 mmol/L xxx），充分匀浆；
3) 超声破碎2次，4℃ 14000 r/min离心15 min；
4) 收集上清液于另一离心管，重复离心1次，合并上清液，用0.45 µm滤膜过滤，进样10 µL。

2.3 HPLC分析HPLC Analysis
本实验所用的仪器为Waters高效液相色谱仪，配备荧光检测器。
色谱柱为xxx C18 (250 mm*4.6 mm, 5 μm)，流动相为甲醇：xxx缓冲液（50 mmol/L柠檬酸、50 mmol/L xxx、0.5 mmol/L 1-庚烷基磺酸钠、0.5 mmol/L xxx、5 mmol/L三乙胺）= 13:87（pH = 3.8），流速为1.0 mL/min，柱温为30℃。
